AI agents for clinics and healthcare providers.
Patients expect an answer on WhatsApp at any hour, in their language, and every missed call or no-show is an empty slot. Vykorr agents run the front desk around the clock: booking, reminding, tracking insurance approvals and following up, while anything medical stays with your clinicians.

What the agents handle.
On WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat, email and phone, in your customers' languages, from your own information and inside your rules.
At the front desk
- Appointments
- Books, moves and cancels appointments on WhatsApp, web and phone, and offers freed slots to patients on a waiting list.
- Reminders
- Sends confirmations and reminders, asks patients to confirm or rebook, and follows up missed visits.
- Routine questions
- Answers hours, location, parking, published prices, documents to bring and which doctor covers which specialty, from content you approve.
- Insurance desk
- Collects insurance card details, shares pre-approval status from your practice system or team and keeps the patient informed. Coverage decisions stay with the insurer and your team.
- Payments
- Sends deposit and balance reminders with secure payment links.
Around the visit
- Recalls
- Reminds patients about vaccinations, check-ups and follow-up reviews on the schedules your clinicians set, with no health details in the message.
- Result-ready notices
- Tells patients a result is ready and how to get it. It never shares or explains the result itself.
- Follow-up and feedback
- Sends post-visit check-ins and a feedback request to every patient, not only the happy ones, and routes complaints to a manager.
- Referral tracking
- Follows up referred patients until they book, and reports back to the referring doctor's team.
Beyond the clinic
- International patients
- Handles medical travel enquiries, sends a secure upload link for records your clinicians need to review, shares quotes your team has prepared and coordinates travel and stay.
- Pharmacy
- Sends refill reminders, books delivery slots for orders your pharmacy has dispensed and answers order status. Prescriptions and medicine questions go to a pharmacist.
- Staff help and briefing
- Answers staff questions from your policies and procedures, and sends the morning schedule and backlog.
More than a chatbot.
Most chatbots collect a question and stop. These agents finish the job.
Books into your real calendar, and your EMR where it has an API.
Keeps patients updated on insurance approvals, not just their questions.
Spots medical questions and passes them to your team at once.
Runs in a UAE data centre, with support from the UAE.
An example day.
What a day can look like once the agents are live. Illustrative, not a client log.
A patient asks on WhatsApp for a dental cleaning this week. Two slots offered, Thursday at 5 pm booked.
Tomorrow's reminders go out. One patient moves to next week and the slot goes to the waiting list.
A pre-approval for a scan is still pending with the insurer. The patient is told, and the team is reminded to chase it.
A patient describes chest pain. The agent tells them to call 998 now and alerts the clinic team.
Patients due for their annual check-up get a reminder from the schedule your doctors set.
The lines it won't cross.
- Never gives medical advice, diagnoses, triage or treatment recommendations.
- Never shares or interprets results; it only says a result is ready.
- Sends emergencies to the local emergency number (998 in the UAE) and your team at once.
- Tells patients it is an AI and offers a person at any time.
- Confirms who it is talking to before discussing any appointment or patient details.
- Sends reminders and offers only to patients who opted in; promotional messages follow health advertising rules.
- Never takes card numbers in chat and never sells prescription medicines.
- Asks every patient for feedback, never only the happy ones.
- Runs in a UAE data centre by default, with support access only from the UAE, in line with UAE health data rules.
Connects to your systems.
- Practice management and EMR systems with an API or appointment feed, some with partner access
- Billing and insurance status from your practice system
- Google and Microsoft 365 calendars
- Secure upload links for documents
- Secure payment links
- Google reviews
Examples of systems we connect to where they offer an API, a webhook or an email feed. Names are examples, not partnerships.
How we start.
Three engine burns, in this order, for every agent. The first one proves itself on real conversations before anything else changes.
Burn 01
Survey
We start with a real workflow that costs money and time: manual, slow and spread across inboxes and spreadsheets.
Burn 02
Build
We design a focused product or agent where AI does real work: drafting, comparing and chasing, with a person making the calls that matter. No features for show.
Burn 03
Operate
We stay with it end to end. We ship fast, watch it fly, and keep improving it with the people who use it.
Common questions.
Does the agent give medical advice?
No. It answers only from content you approve. Anything about symptoms, medication or results goes to your staff, and emergencies get an immediate instruction to call the local emergency number (998 in the UAE).
Where is patient data stored?
In the UAE. Healthcare agents run in a UAE data centre by default: the AI model, conversation records and logs stay in the country, and our support access is from the UAE. UAE health data law limits storing or processing health data abroad to listed cases, and Abu Dhabi's DoH expects AI used in healthcare to be hosted in the UAE. Messages sent over WhatsApp pass through Meta's systems, so they carry as little health detail as possible. If your facility has its own UAE cloud account, we can set the agent up there.
Do we need approval from DHA or DoH?
We know of no licence written for chatbots, but rules differ by emirate. In Abu Dhabi, the DoH Responsible AI Standard covers administrative AI agents and asks for a risk assessment, human oversight, patient notice and an opt-out. In Dubai the DHA AI policy applies, and MOHAP covers the northern emirates. We help you prepare what your regulator expects; the classification stays with your facility.
Is WhatsApp allowed for patients?
Yes, with the patient's opt-in, a clear route to a person and minimal health detail in messages. Card numbers and medicine sales stay off WhatsApp.
Does it connect to our EMR, NABIDH or Malaffi?
It connects to your EMR or booking system where it has an API or appointment feed. It does not touch NABIDH, Malaffi or Riayati, which are for clinicians.
How much will no-shows drop?
We won't promise a number. Published trials show reminders raise attendance, so we measure your own baseline first and report against it.
Which languages does it speak?
Arabic and English from day one. Languages your patients use, such as Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog or Russian, are tested with you before going live.
